Treon Givens is a St. Cloud State University Alumn with a degree in Real Estate & Entrepreneurship and another in Spanish. Treon has a passion for Real Estate and learning as much about the industry as possible. Starting his real estate career at Winthrop & Weinstine as a Closing Coordinator, he learned as much as he could about the legal side of real estate transactions.

Afterwards, he worked in Residential real estate to get a grasp of another side of the industry before ultimately making the move to Commercial real estate, now working at Modern Commercial where he intends to grow his career in service of tenants, owners, and vendors alike.

In his free time, Treon loves going to movies. In 2024, he saw 50 movies in theaters. He also enjoys reading and has a collection of 1050 manga (japanese comic books).
