Sam Maguire is a Vice President at Modern CRE. Sam has nearly 15 years in brokerage services, focusing the entirety of his career on the representation of owners, investors, and buyers of commercial real estate.

Sam’s experience in leasing, sales, and acquisitions enhances the value of his client’s real estate holdings. His ability to prepare a property for sale from both a physical and financial perspective positions his clients to increased returns and positive outcomes.

Sam works closely with all members of the Modern CRE team, linking management, brokerage, acquisitions, and asset management.

Originally from Rochester, MN, Sam received his Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Saint Louis University. Sam can be found in the kitchen, spending time at the dog park with his dog Bobbi, or spoiling his niece with candy and ice cream.
