Nick Hall has been a building engineer with Modern CRE since 2022. He has 5+ years in building maintenance with different companies in Minnesota.

Nick attended the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology, where he studied computer science. He holds a universal EPA 608 license, has his special engineer boiler’s license, and is currently working towards his 2nd Class C boiler’s license. Nick has also completed various maintenance training modules from both TPC and RedVector in his time as a building engineer. Nick’s top priority is ensuring that both building tenants and owners are happy.

 In Nick’s free time, he likes to spend time with his family, go to rock/metal concerts, and loves watching hockey. Let’s go Wild!
