Nelson Vaquerano is a Building Engineer at Modern CRE. Nelson is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building systems.

Nelson is responsible for providing overall engineering support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Nelson attended his trade program of HVAC from Suffolk County Community College. He is originally from El Salvador, Central America and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and is a lover of the outdoors.
