Nelson Vaquerano is a Building Engineer at Modern CRE. Nelson has building engineering experience where Nelson is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, and cooling.

Nelson is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Originally from El Salvador, Central America.

Nelson attended his trade program of HVAC from Suffolk County Community College. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and his two daughters, and being outside.
