Kathryn Chounlamountry is one of the property managers at Modern Commercial. Her experience in property management has focused on Office, Industrial, and Mix-Use assets. She previously worked in hospitality, nonprofit, and program management. Her varied background has made her a skilled and adaptable learner – passionate about pursuing excellence and pouring into the people around her.

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Kathryn is originally from Vancouver, Washington (not Canada). After graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University, she moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to work as the Program Director at Twinlow Camp and Retreat Center. Kathryn relocated to the Twin Cities in 2020 and now lives with her husband in Burnsville, MN. Her and her husband enjoy an active social life, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
