Edward Archila is a building engineer at Modern CRE. Edward has 20+ years of experience as building engineer with different companies in Minnesota, and has been at MCRE since 2020.

Originally from Guatemala, Edward moved to the USA at a young age, where he completed his training in Los Angeles, CA, at the East LA Occupation Center and at Dunwoody College of Technology. He holds an EPA license, an Air Conditioning Engineer diploma, and a Class B boiler license. Edward continues to pursue training through BOMA and the online RedVector training programs.

As a building engineer, he strives to ensure the best possible service and solutions for tenants and ownership. With proper maintenance, we can improve the value and service to our tenants - and continuing to provide better service is Edward's top priority.
