Elise Ritter is a Property Manager at Modern Commercial with over six years of experience in commercial real estate and just over three years in property management. She began her commercial real estate career at Colliers, where she spent three years in a client services and brokerage support role working alongside retail, land, office, and corporate solutions brokerage teams. This experience allowed her to blend her background in marketing and project management while gaining a strong understanding of transactions, client expectations, and the full real estate lifecycle. She later joined HJ Development as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly transitioned into a Property Manager role, focusing on a 517,000+ SF retail portfolio. 

Elise now focuses on an office portfolio with Modern Commercial and is known for her organized, proactive approach and her ability to keep properties running efficiently while maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships. 

Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) through the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business. She is active in the industry through MNCREW, BOMA, and RENET. Elise grew up in Mahtomedi, MN and now lives in Tonka Bay, MN. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, downhill skiing, and a morning matcha.
