Annalise Kleven is an Assistant Property Manager at Modern-CRE and works along-side Emily Nelson. Annalise graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Strategic Communications. Shortly after graduating, she earned her real estate license and began her career in residential real estate, where she worked for about a year before transitioning to commercial real estate five years ago. She has a passion for building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. 

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking/baking, hanging out with friends and families, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
